In this full‑time hands‑on leadership position you will work within our team caring for beautiful green spaces in Western Sydney.

What's Involved
- Lead a mobile crew caring for prestigious clients from Parramatta to Penrith
- Grounds maintenance including mowing, pruning, hedge trimming, weeding, mulching, planting, and general garden care
- Pest and disease control
- Ensure all work is completed to a premium standard
- Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and vehicles safely
- Report on progress,
issues, and suggest improvements
- Foster a culture of safety
About You
- Trade qualified in horticulture or have solid experience in the industry
- Excellent working knowledge of all techniques, tools and equipment used in the field
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to effectively prioritise workflows, impart knowledge to others and be a mature and reliable leader
