One of our successful Multi-Store Franchisees is seeking a Relief Store Manager to support operations across three Auto Masters workshops in Forrestfield, Willetton and High Wycombe. This is a great opportunity for an experienced automotive professional who enjoys leading teams, building customer relationships, and achieving results.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide management support across three workshop locations
- Lead and support teams to achieve KPIs and sales targets
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Monitor and report business performance metrics
- Promote Auto Masters products and services
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and productive workplace
About You
- Experience managing an automotive workshop or service centre
- Strong automotive industry knowledge
- A proven sales and customer service background
- Leadership and team development skills
- Strong problem‑solving and communication abilitiesA current WA Driver's Licence
- An Automotive Trade Qualification is advantageous but not essential
