About the School:The New State Special School at Logan Reserve is a modern, purpose-built school committed to providing high-quality, inclusive education for students with disability, co-located with the New Secondary School, Logan Reserve. You will play an important role in establishing a safe, welcoming and well-maintained learning environment that supports every student's learning, wellbeing and belonging from the school's very first day.About the Role:Reporting to the Business Manager and working collaboratively across the co-located campus, you will support the upkeep, presentation, and functionality of school grounds and facilities.Your work will ensure that staff, students, and the community experience a clean, safe, and engaging setting every day.Key Responsibilities:Maintain school grounds, including gardens, outdoor areas, and general landscapingSupport the care, maintenance, and minor repairs of school facilities and equipmentEnsure a clean, safe, and well-presented environment across the campusAssist with setup and pack-down for school activities and eventsIdentify and report maintenance needs and safety concernsPlease refer to the Role Description for a full list of responsibilities.Our Team & Environment:Collaborative, inclusive, and hands-on team cultureFast-paced, evolving foundation environmentStrong focus on pride in place and community presentationOpportunity to shape systems and contribute ideasWhat You'll Bring:Practical skills in groundskeeping, maintenance,
