Skills & Experience - Proven experience working as a Sommelier in a restaurant, hotel or wine bar.

- Good overall wine knowledge with the ability to recommend and guide guests and upsell products.
- Strong overall beverage knowledge across spirits, beers and wines.
- Personable, enjoy working in a busy environment and engaging with guests.
- Good communication, a team player and attention to detail.




- Adaptable and the ability to multi‑task and anticipate the guests needs.
