About the Role
As the Clinical Director, you will play a key role in clinical leadership and service delivery, mentoring clinicians, upholding standards and contributing to the practice’s success while managing your own caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and supervision to the psychology team
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including ASD, ADHD and psychoeducational assessments
- Maintain evidence‑based clinical practice at the highest standard
- Support professional development of clinicians through supervision and guidance
- Contribute to the practice’s strategic growth and directionFoster a positive, cooperative, high‑performing team culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families and external stakeholders
About You
- Registered as a Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA
- Board‑approved supervisor status
- Experience in private practice
- Extensive experience completing ASD, ADHD and psychoeducational assessments
- Leadership, mentoring or supervisory experience (highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for supporting clinicians and driving clinical excellence
- Motivated, proactive and solutions‑focused approach
