JK Williams is seeking a hands-on HR Advisor to support our NSW and QLD workforce. You will handle day-to-day HR across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, RTW coordination, and culture initiatives, reporting to the HR Manager and collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and HSEQ team.
You will manage employee relations, maintain HRIS (ELMO), and contribute to audits and policy compliance. Based in Penrith, NSW with versatile days in the office and occasional site visits.
