We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the senior leadership team of a respected commercial HVAC contractor. You will be second in command to the Group Manager, lead Service Managers and regional teams, drive operational excellence and improve overall performance across multiple locations.
You'll oversee budgets, P&L;, service contracts and reporting, travel interstate as required, and mentor leaders to deliver outstanding client outcomes while advancing strategic initiatives
