About the Position

Our Support4Me services deliver quality in‑home care supporting customers to maintain well‑being and independence for as long as possible.

Responsibilities

- Assistance with personal care
- Domestic assistance
- Assisted shopping and client appointments
- Respite care
- Meal preparation
- Social support and community engagement

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with shifts typically shorter in duration. Weekend and public holiday work may be required.

About You





- Studying or completed a minimum Certificate III in a health‑related industry (e.g., Individual Support, Community Services, Nursing)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships
- Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
- Full comprehensive car insurance, or willingness to obtain
- Smartphone
- Current driver’s licence
