Trade Counter Assistant - HVAC-R at Reece HVAC, Rooty Hill. Support tradespeople and customers by providing product access and information to help HVAC-R projects run smoothly. An opportunity to develop skills and progress toward future leadership roles within the network.

Responsibilities

- Provide customer service and information about HVAC-R products in person and over the phone
- Offer quotes and assist with order recommendations
- Undertake pick, packing and stock control activities
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming branch setting
- Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
- Participate in tailored on-the-job training and develop operational and commercial skills

What we’re looking for

- Leadership potential and a growth mindset
- Previous experience in retail sales or leadership and a customer-focused approach
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems
- Clean, valid driver’s licence




- Interest in developing a career locally or within the broader network
