Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to align talent-sourcing strategies with business needs.
- Focus on proactive sourcing, market mapping, and identifying top talent in a quick-paced, creative environment.
- Contribute to building and scaling a high-performing sourcing function from day one.
Qualifications
- Proven sourcing experience in media, advertising, marketing, digital, or agency sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the talent landscape, headhunting, market mapping, and stakeholder collaboration.
