Seeking applications for MESO's for immediate start Casual Shifts. Candidates must be punctual in ensuring reliability and demonstrate commitment to the values of adhering to rostered shift allocation with ESG.

Join ESG (Emergency Service Group) as a Casual Emergency Service Officer/Medical Emergency Service Officer based in Adelaide, SA. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing vital emergency medical and support services to the local community.

The role involves flexible working arrangements to accommodate the needs of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

- Responding to emergency calls and providing immediate medical assistance to patients
- Operating and maintaining emergency medical equipment and vehicles
- Liaising with other emergency services and healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
- Documenting all incidents and maintaining accurate records
- Participating in ongoing training to maintain medical knowledge and skills
- Promoting a safe work environment and following all health and safety protocols

What we're looking for

- Minimum Cert III in PUA or RII Emergency Response Packages
- Minimum Cert IV in Healthcare
- Current First Aid and CPR certification




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, colleagues and other emergency services
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-stress situations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document incidents
- Knowledge of the mining, resources and energy industry, particularly health, safety and environmental regulations, is desirable
- Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check (within 12 months)
