Key Responsibilities
- Manage and retain a portfolio of SME and commercial clients
- Build trusted relationships through proactive client engagement
- Prepare and manage policy renewals from initial discussions through to placement
- Negotiate competitive terms with insurers and underwriters
- Provide advice and recommendations on clients' insurance programmes
- Identify cross-selling and new business opportunities within existing relationships
- Maintain strong relationships with insurer partners
About You
Ideally you will have:
- Approximately 3-7 years' experience within commercial insurance broking
- Experience managing SME and/or mid-market clients
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- A proactive approach with a genuine focus on client service
- Sound knowledge of commercial insurance products and the Australian insurance market
