Casual positions available for Face-to-Face delivery in Dubbo
Are you passionate about helping people gain the skills and confidence they need to succeed in work and further training? We are seeking experienced and engaging trainers to deliver face-to-face training in Dubbo across foundation skills and nationally recognised qualifications. These casual opportunities include delivering literacy, numeracy, communication, and digital skills programs, as well as vocational training in Hospitality, Business, and Retail, helping students build practical skills, achieve qualifications, and progress towards employment or further education.
Foundations Skills Trainer
This role will require you to:
- Deliver training in foundation skills, including literacy, numeracy,
communication, and digital literacy
- Provide tailored support to students to help them develop a clear vocational training and employment plan
- Create a supportive, engaging, and inclusive learning setting
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance
- Support students in preparing for workforce entry or further vocational training opportunitiesTo be successful in this role you will possess:
- TAE40110, TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and have completed one of the following (or equivalent):
- TAESS00026 Foundation Skills Integration Skill Set or TAESS00009 Address Foundation Skills in Vocational Practice Skill Set, or
- A higher-level education qualification, such as:
- TAE80113 Graduate Diploma of Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy Practice (and its equivalent TAE70111)
- Bachelor of Education,
Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma of Education, or higher (including qualifications in TESOL, adult education, or vocational education)
Various Qualifications Trainers We are also looking for enthusiastic and experienced vocational trainers to deliver face to face training to students completing short courses and full qualifications within the following accredited qualifications:
- SIT30622 Certificate III in Hospitality
- BSB30120 Certificate III in Business
- SIR30216 Certificate III in Retail
To be successful in these roles you will possess:
- A TAE40110, TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate lV in Training and Assessment qualification
- Vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed
- Current industry experience (obtained in Australia)
- Evidence of maintaining professional development in the VET sector
- Strong communication and time management skills
