Bendigo Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Services is entering an exciting new phase of growth with the opening of our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility.

For many years, we've built our reputation on quality workmanship, trusted advice and exceptional customer service across residential, commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant or Sales Manager to become an integral part of our growing team.

At the heart of this role is building lasting customer relationships. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, understands the importance of outstanding customer service, and takes pride in helping customers find the right solutions.

About the Role

This is a relationship-focused sales role where you'll become the trusted face of our business, helping customers with their air conditioning solutions while growing our presence throughout Bendigo and surrounding regions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building strong,



long-term relationships with our customers.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing new customer relationships.
- Providing exceptional customer service from the initial enquiry through to project completion.
- Conducting customer visits to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Preparing quotations and following up opportunities.
- Working closely with our administration and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintaining regular contact with existing customers and identifying future opportunities.
- Representing Bendigo Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Services professionally within the local community.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and understands that great relationships create great businesses.

You may be:

- An experienced Sales Manager or Business Development professional.
- An experienced salesperson looking for a new industry and fresh challenge.
- Someone who has natural sales ability, loves meeting people, and is ready to build a rewarding career with our support.

The ideal person will have:

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for building long-term customer relationships.
- A positive,



energetic attitude with plenty of initiative and "get up and go."
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Confidence working independently while also contributing to a team.
- Good computer skills.
- A current Victorian Driver Licence.

Experience in refrigeration, air conditioning or the trade industry is an advantage but not essential. We're committed to providing training, mentoring and ongoing support for the right person.
