Key Responsibilities

This is a part time role 3 days a week, you will need to be available to ideally work on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

- Plan and create detailed content calendars, and concept, shoot and edit social‑first content for QT Sydney, Parlour and Gowings.
- Write social copy aligned with brand tone, and schedule posts via Hootsuite.
- Support community management, including comments, DMs and engagement across social channels.
- Assist in creating briefs, mood boards and shot lists for third‑party photographers and talent.
- Coordinate influencer and media visits, gifting, stays and dining activations, and track campaign deliverables and impact.
- Support local media enquiries, press kit coordination and PR agency liaison, in line with the QT PR & Editorial Calendar.
- Support website updates, in‑room collateral, menus, signage and event and promotional materials.
- Assist with EDM writing and implementation via SevenRooms, and support the growth of F&B; email databases and third‑party listings.
- Maintain marketing calendars, KPI trackers, reporting documents and image libraries,



and assist in drafting award submissions.

What You’ll Bring

- A genuine passion for social media, influencer marketing and digital trends.
- A strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook.
- Experience creating social‑first content, with proficiency in social scheduling tools and basic content‑editing software highly regarded (not essential).
- A creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh, engaging campaigns.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a working knowledge of MS Office.
- An interest in PR and media relations, and the drive to thrive in a rapid‑paced, varied environment.
- Availability to work in‑office at QT Sydney three days per week.
