Key Plays
- Support the shift by making sure every area of the field is running smoothly.
- Motivate the team and help build a winning team culture.
- Assist with stock, reporting, compliance, and operational tasks that keep the venue in top shape.
- Be the go‑to when the captain is away, keeping the playbook on track and the standards best in class.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years hospitality experience (bonus points if it’s in pubs, bars, or busy restaurants).
- RSA, RSG, and TAB Basics.
- A passion for creating epic guest experiences and building a buzzing venue.
