About the Job

As an Inclusive Employment Australia Employment Consultant, your responsibilities include:

- Provide comprehensive case management services to participants, assisting them to manage employment‑related barriers and equipping them with the necessary tools and skills to enter the workforce.
- Help each participant secure sustainable employment and engage employers through referrals, reverse marketing and on‑the‑job support.
- Provide continuous support to participants and employers to maximise outcomes, obtaining documented evidence and facilitating workplace adjustments throughout the course of employment.
- Achieve or exceed all KPIs and apply an outcome‑focused, high‑performance approach to the role.
- Maintain a high level of administration, compliance and time management in‑line with Department requirements and a sound understanding of Deed and Guidelines.
- Engage with internal and external partners to connect participants with various wrap‑around services such as training providers, allied health services and other community‑based organisations.

Qualifications

- Relevant qualifications in areas such as Employment Services, Community Services or other relevant fields is desirable.
- Previous experience in employment services, including advanced barrier management, reverse marketing, placement of candidates into employment and provision of post‑placement support, will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate through various methods with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- A team player with a personal commitment to contribute to a great culture.
- Ability to proactively problem‑solve, overcome objections and assist in managing barriers for people living with a disability.




- Performance‑focused mindset and proven experience achieving business targets and KPIs.
- Must hold a Driver’s licence; travel throughout the region will be required.
