Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Specialist Expertise

To truly excel in this role, you'll bring a powerful combination of technical knowledge and people leadership, including:



Developed knowledge of and hands-on experience with Activity Based Funding and Residential Funding Working knowledge of health accreditation standards, including

National Standards and Aged Care Quality Standards Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to conduct business and performance analysis and implement effective strategies The ability to set clear standards, targets, and objectives — and achieve them by inspiring and influencing the performance of others Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams and managing staff with confidence and compassion A proven track record of cultivating a
