Join our Non-Financial Risk Reporting team in the Transformation and Operations division and take a pivotal role in delivering insightful, decision-focused risk reporting to senior stakeholders, including Macquarie’s Senior Management and Board.

What role will you play?
As a Senior Analyst in the team, you will contribute to the preparation and review of risk reports for senior management and the Board, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance and champion transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and consistency in reporting across Non‑Financial Risk divisions.
What You Offer
- 3+ years’ experience in risk management within consulting, legal, banking, or financial services
- Experience in board or management would be highly beneficial
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously, exercising sound judgment and integrity while managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to interpret complex information and distill key insights for senior audiences
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Adaptability and resilience, thriving in rapid‑paced environments and navigating change and transformation effectively

We are a global team that aims to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow. Our divisions include compliance, credit, financial crime risk, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk and prudential, and central.
