Icon Group is looking for a Hospital Reliever Pharmacist to work across various sites in the Hunter & Mid-Coast pharmacy network. This permanent full-time role provides exposure to clinical pharmacy services and diverse environments, ideal for AHPRA-registered pharmacists seeking variety and flexibility.
The successful candidate will conduct medication chart reviews, dispense medications, and develop robust relationships with patients and staff. Ideal for recently registered pharmacists, hands-on training will be provided.
