Youthworks Outdoors is seeking an accomplished catering professional to lead and transform our catering operations across four locations: Port Hacking (main centre), Shoalhaven, Blue Mountains and Loftus. This senior culinary leadership role requires an innovative skilled who can drive culinary excellence, operational efficiency, and team development across our multi‑site operation while maintaining our commitment to quality service and Christian values.

Your responsibilities
- Lead the Port Hacking catering team that serves up to 500 guests and oversee the catering functions at our Shoalhaven (200 guests) and Blue Mountains (100 guests) sites
- Plan menus, manage inventory and control budgets
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
You will need to demonstrate
- Catering or cooking qualifications
- Experience in leading a commercial kitchen
- Experience cooking for large groups
- A passion for catering
- Hold a valid food handling certificate
- A robust work ethos and the ability to work with a wide range of staff to achieve effective outcomes
- A willingness to work within an overtly Christian environment and with an Anglican organisation

Current driver’s licence and own transport are essential as public transport is not available near Port Hacking Conference Centres.
