We are looking to bring a Retail Store Manager onto our team, leading the #GhandaGang in Broome, WA.

A Day in the Life

- Lead, coach and train a team of up to 10 members.
- Embed Ghanda values across the store team.




- Maintain a high standard of store presentation according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Manage stock levels, collaborating with the Stock Allocator to maximise floor‑space efficiency.
- Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports and ensure store/team compliance.

About You

- Demonstrated leadership experience, empowering teams and aligning with organisational values.
- Customer‑first mindset, strong fundamentals and a serious approach to retail.
- Relevant retail/hospitality experience is a plus, but a positive attitude is more important.
