We're a small, rapid-growing team that uses smart systems, AI, and modern processes to deliver a seamless experience for our clients, and this role is the front door to that experience.

About the Role

This is a senior closing role for someone who already knows how to win high-ticket, considered sales. You bring proven closing ability — we back you with the systems, data, brand, and tools to do the best work of your career.

You'll own the conversation between a prospective investor and Rising Returns. These are high-ticket, considered purchases — a meaningful financial commitment for the client, with real objection depth and a longer trust curve than transactional sales. Our marketing engine drives qualified demand; your job is to convert it. You'll run strategy and discovery calls, articulate our investor-led methodology with credibility, handle real objections with substance, and close.

This is not a smile-and-dial seat. You'll sell a premium, results-driven service to financially capable people who are genuinely interested. This is a hands-on, in-office role based in Sydney CBD, reporting directly to the Founder. It's suited to a self-directed senior operator who is motivated by uncapped earnings and holds their own standards higher than anyone else would set for them.

Responsibilities

- Run discovery, strategy, and consultation calls with prospective investor clients
- Clearly articulate Rising Returns' data-driven acquisition methodology and value proposition
- Identify client goals, financial position, and suitability, and recommend the right engagement
- Handle objections with confidence, substance, and integrity — never pressure




- Convert qualified demand into signed clients and consistently hit and beat revenue targets
- Own your full pipeline with disciplined, self-managed follow-up and zero leads slipping through

Client Conversion & Handover

- Guide clients through the engagement and onboarding process clearly and professionally
- Set accurate expectations so each client enters the acquisition process with confidence
- Coordinate a clean handover to the acquisitions team once a client is signed
- Maintain accurate, real-time CRM records reflecting every touchpoint and stage

Process & Continuous Improvement

- Keep all sales documentation, scripts, and follow-up sequences sharp and up to date
- Apply AI tools to streamline outreach, follow-up, and call preparationFeed insights from client conversations back into marketing and product to improve conversion

Who You Are

- A proven senior closer who can win high-ticket, considered sales independently
- Passionate about property and investing, with the credibility to talk numbers
- Highly organised and self-disciplined with pipeline and follow-up — no one needs to chase you
- An excellent communicator who builds trust fast and represents a premium brand credibly
- Tech-savvy, quick to master new systems, and confident using AI to work smarter
- Calm, consultative, and decisive under pressure — persuasive without being pushy
- Energised by an uncapped, performance-based earning structure and accountable for your own number

Required Experience

- 5+ years closing high-ticket, considered sales — full cycle, owned end to end
- Demonstrated, evidenced track record of consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling in property, finance, investment, or a comparable considered-purchase field
- Personal property investing experience (highly regarded)
