We’re Hiring: Social Media Specialist
Are you someone who lives and breathes social media, knows how to capture great content, and understands what makes a community engage?

We’re looking for a creative and data driven Social Media Specialist to make Johnny Bigg the number one brand for big and tall men whilst bringing our story to life across social channels.
You’ll shape our social strategy, create compelling content, and build meaningful relationships with our community and creators.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution of our social media strategy, growing brand awareness and engagement

Capture and create content - from photoshoots to social shoots and behind-the-scenes moments

Build relationships with influencers, creators and ambassadors





Use analytics and insights to optimise content and report on performance

Plan and deliver social campaigns that integrate with broader marketing activity and are achieved

Write compelling ai search friendly social copy aligned to our brand voice

Edit and produce engaging visual content that resonates with our audience

Collaborate with digital, creative, product and retail teams to bring our brand storytelling to life

If you’re equal parts creative storyteller, content creator, and strategic thinker, we’d love to hear from you.
Experience: 5 years experience in a similar role. Marketing, communications degree preferred. Proficiency in social tools like Dash and capcut. Drivers licence and car
