Business Analyst – Clinical Informatics Unit, NSW Health, Wollongong, NSW (Permanent Part‐Time, 23 hours per week). Salary: $57.62 – $67.99 per hour + 12% super and salary packaging.

Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing implementation and optimisation of the Electronic Medical Record (eMR) and transition to Epic Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) across ISLHD.
- Engage with clinicians, operational staff and system vendors to analyse clinical and business workflows, identify functional requirements.
- Support the delivery of digital solutions that enhance patient care and clinical efficiency.
- Contribute to design, testing and refinement of digital capabilities across multiple areas.
- Ensure system functionality aligns with real‐world clinical needs, incorporating policies, procedures and established workflows.
- Act as a conduit between clinical, operational and technical stakeholders to drive successful integration of digital systems into everyday clinical practice.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of healthcare delivery across ISLHD.
Qualifications
- Experience in clinical informatics, business analysis or a related field.
- Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record systems, particularly Epic SDPR preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Experience in testing, design and refinement of digital solutions.
- Relevant vaccination requirements for a Category B role.
