What you'll be doing

As a Senior Stylist or Junior Hairdresser, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Providing expert hair cutting, colouring, styling, and treatment services to clients in a professional and courteous manner

2. Consulting with clients to understand their hair goals, preferences, and requirements, offering professional advice and recommendations

3. Maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene, salon cleanliness, and health and safety compliance at all times

4. Building and nurturing strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals

5. Staying current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing professional development

6. Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment that values collaboration and mutual respect

7. Managing appointment schedules efficiently and ensuring clients are attended to promptly

For Senior Stylists: Mentoring and supporting junior team members in their professional development and skill progression

9. For Junior Hairdressers: Learning and developing new techniques under the guidance of experienced stylists

What we're looking for

For Senior Stylist positions, we are seeking candidates with:

1. A minimum of 3-5 years' professional experience in a salon environment

2. Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, styling, and hair treatments

3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach

5. Proven leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior staff members

6. Current knowledge of industry trends, techniques, and innovative styling approaches

7. A recognised hairdressing qualification or equivalent industry certification

8. Flexibility and reliability with a strong, loyal work ethic

For Junior Hairdresser positions, we are seeking candidates with:

1. A recognised hairdressing qualification or formal training qualification (or equivalent)

2. Enthusiasm and passion for hair and beauty services

3.



A willingness to learn and develop new skills in a professional salon environment

4. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor

5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
