What You’ll Do

Create and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF

Build strong relationships with children, families, and your teammates

Support or lead your room with curiosity, creativity, and compassion

Mentor educators (Lead roles) and contribute to a culture of reflection and improvement

Champion child safety and maintain inclusive, nurturing environments every day

What You’ll Bring

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)

For Lead Educators: prior experience leading a room or team

Solid understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and NQF

Positive energy, initiative, and a genuine love for what you do

Valid Blue Card and current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
