About the Position





This role offers the chance to work on high-profile cyber matters and provide clients with practical legal advice on cyber claims and incident response. In the role you will:
Advise clients and insurers on cyber risk, privacy, data breaches and regulatory obligations.
Collaborate with clients, insurers and technical experts on complex cyber incidents.
Support the delivery of strategic, commercial advice on complex cyber and privacy matters.

About You

We are seeking someone with:
A tertiary qualification in law and 2 – 8 PQE
Experience in insurance law, or exposure to the insurance sector, will be highly regarded
Litigation expertise to advise on any disputes or class actions arising from a data breach.
