About the Role: You will provide assessment, intervention, and reporting services within an NDIS framework, managing your own caseload while working as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role includes community-based and outreach service delivery, requiring flexibility, independence, and a strong commitment to culturally responsive practice.

Key Responsibilities




Deliver assessment and intervention for paediatric and complex clients - Manage an independent caseload and develop individualised treatment plans - Prepare high-quality NDIS reports and funding documentation - Provide functional assessments, therapy, and ongoing review - Work collaboratively with families, schools, support workers, and stakeholders - Deliver outreach services across East Arnhem Land communities - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation - Contribute to multidisciplinary team practice and remote clinical collaboration About You:
Minimum 2 years post‑graduate Speech Pathology experience - Experience managing independent caseloads in assessment and intervention - Robust NDIS experience, including reporting and funding justification - Experience with paediatric and/or complex presentations (ASD, developmental delay, neurological conditions) - Strong clinical reasoning, organisation, and documentation skills - Ability to work autonomously with remote clinical support - Highly regarded:
Experience in rural, remote, or outreach settings - Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities - Interest or experience in AAC, assistive technology, or mealtime management
