Mater is seeking a GP Liaison Officer to join our team in a permanent, part time role (19 hours per week). You will connect Mater with General Practitioners, fostering partnerships and improving referral pathways to support patient-centred care.
You will work with clinicians, hospital leaders and external stakeholders to strengthen our primary care presence and contribute to excellent patient outcomes. Salary range: $54.57 - $59.38 per hour plus superannuation and salary packaging advantages.
