We’re thrilled to be working with a Melbourne-based, creative advertising agency that specialise in producing outstanding work for beauty, lifestyle, FMCG, and tourism brands.

The successful Account Manager will have three to four years’ agency-side advertising or creative agency experience, and be a fantastic relationship builder. Your primary role as the Account Manager will be building and maintaining client relationships, driving new and organic business growth, and working with internal teams to develop epic advertising campaigns.

You’re a strategic thinker, have an eye for detail, and work well with creatives. Supporting the Creative Director& Head of Client Services, this is an integral hire for this agency.

This role would suit an SAE ready to step up, or a newly-appointed AM that’s seeking a current challenge!

The Chance:
Support the Managing Director, Creative Director & Account Director to develop and roll-out creative advertising campaigns
Work with internal teams (creative, social, production) to establish budgets, scope, and project plans
Brief internal teams on the development, implementation,



and reporting of campaigns (ATL)
Work with the AD to establish budgets and financial forecasting
Contribute to current and organic business development
Work closely with the social media team to manage paid and organic channels, plus reporting
Issues management and troubleshooting
Manage and mentor junior staff

You:
Currently live in Melbourne and have full working rights
Have three to four years’ advertising, or creative agency experience
Describe yourself as a strategic thinker and can deliver creative strategies and monthly plans to an agency standard
Have high-level knowledge of social channels (predominantly Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn) and regular updates/changes to these platforms/ad unit types/backend management/reporting metrics/industry standards
Have excellent presentation skills and can articulate/present well to clients
Have a thorough understanding of the creative agency production process, from briefing through to execution
