Hey Hello Recruitment iscurrently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded boutique law firm seeking a Family Lawyer with approximately 2 years post-qualification experience to join their growing team. This is an excellent prospect for a solicitor looking to develop their expertise within a supportive and well-respected practice. About the firm This boutique firm has built a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful, strategic, and client-focused family law advice.

The team handles a broad range of matters and is known for its skilled yet empathetic approach to sensitive cases. The role You will assist with and manage your own caseload of family law matters, including:
Divorce and separation
Financial settlements and asset division
Child custody and parenting arrangements
Child and spousal maintenance
Domestic abuse matters
Pre- and post-nuptial agreements You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners, gaining exposure to high-quality work while developing your advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills.





Key responsibilities - Advising clients on family law matters under supervision where appropriate
Managing cases from instruction to conclusion
Drafting legal documents, court applications, and correspondence
Supporting senior lawyers on complex financial and children matters
Representing clients at hearings (where appropriate to level of PQE)
Maintaining excellent client care standards Requirements - Qualified solicitor with approximately 2 years PQE in family law
Solid understanding of family law procedures and legislation
Experience assisting on financial remedy and children matters
Strong communication and drafting skills
Empathetic and qualified approach with clients
