About the Company O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville is a family of quality-focused trade service professionals seeking enthusiastic and friendly members to join the Customer Service Team.

Responsibilities - Answer inbound calls for O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville.
Assist in customer satisfaction by resolving enquiries on the first call where possible.
Redirect calls and messages to key staff members.
Ensure payment and feedback for all newly completed jobs.
Greet visitors to the office.
Provide administrative assistance to key internal staff.
Perform general filing and administrative functions, including data entry.
Manage stock control,



including ordering and receipting.
Conduct client customer satisfaction surveys.

Qualifications - Warm and friendly personality.
Excellent communication skills via email and phone.
Explicit and logical thinker, able to resolve issues effectively.
Organized, able to multitask and prioritize workload in a team setting.
Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
Competent in mainstream IT operating systems.
Ability to work well under pressure.
