What You’ll Do
Deliver friendly,



productive service across the bar and bistro
Pour beers, prepare drinks and process customer orders
Serve and clear meals while keeping tables and service areas presented
Keep the bar clean, stocked and ready for busy service
Work alongside your teammates through lunch, dinner and peak trade
Follow RSA, safety and venue procedures

What We’re Looking For
Previous bar and bistro experience in a pub, club or busy hospitality venue
Confidence working across different service areas
A friendly approach and strong customer service skills
A current Queensland RSA
Availability across nights, weekends and public holidays
Reliable people who notice what needs doing and are happy to jump in
