What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting with body repairs on trucks and heavy vehicles
Removing and refitting damaged panels and components
Preparing large vehicle surfaces for repair, priming and painting
Learning spray painting preparation techniques including sanding, masking and paint mixing
Supporting qualified tradespeople with spray painting and refinishing work
Using hand and power tools safely in a workshop workplace
Learning techniques including straightening, aligning and fitting panels on heavy vehicles
Supporting the team with general workshop duties while developing trade skills

Genuine interest in panel beating, spray painting and heavy vehicle repairs
Keen eye for detail
Reliable and committed to completing your apprenticeship
Willingness to learn and take direction
