This role is Bid Manager for our client Aptus. They do bespoke & architectural precasting in a wide range of areas like residential, commercial, government & infrastructure.

They’re a growing company and need a Bid Manager. Your role will be going through contracts,



plans & drawings, finding the similarities & differences within them, pulling threads, asking questions etc. It’s all about ensuring the information is correct so the pricing can be done accurately.

At any one time you might have 12 different projects on so you must be a master at managing priorities & deadlines.

The work is a repeated process for each project, but each project is different, unique and bespoke which keeps it fresh & interesting.

You must be the type of person who genuinely enjoys diligent & detailed work and understands how vital a function like this is to a business.

Note: exposure to precast is a desirable experience but not essential.

It is a family run business, and their office is in the West End of Brisbane.

The role is full time, Mon-Fri, but they’re a flexible business, so if you need some WFH or flexibility around kids pick up & drop off times, all of that can be worked with.
