IFYS is seeking a casual Residential Youth Worker in the Toowoomba region to provide protected, therapeutic care for children and young people in residential settings. Reporting to the Case Manager, you will help manage behaviours, plan activities, and support life-skill development while maintaining daily routines and a clean, secure workplace.
You will complete case notes and admin tasks, participate in training, and be part of a supportive team dedicated to wellbeing and safeguarding.
