We're seeking a qualified and experienced pastoral counsellor or chaplain who is able to respond to a variety of Onsite workplace support needs (including Walk and Talk, one-on-one counselling, and small group facilitation).
The onsite workplace will require an individual who is able to support people of various backgrounds and faiths, through pastoral counselling and guidance, aiming to have a positive impact on the individual's wellbeing.We Are Looking For An Individual WhoHas a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in chaplaincy, spiritual, or pastoral careHas completed at least a 12-month relevant qualification (e.g., Diploma in Ministry, Chaplaincy, or Theology)Is caring, compassionate and driven to make a positive difference in people's livesHas had experience in a relevant role,
