Focused primarily on people-led travel management, the Travel Manager will be responsible for the development and ongoing service of customer relationships within your SME portfolio.
You will bring a customer‐focused mindset to ensure the retention, growth, and profitability of the business.
What You Will Bring
2+ years experience in leisure travel consulting or corporate travel management
GDS proficiency, with Sabre highly regarded
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and meet strict SLAs
Ability to contribute to a cohesive team environment
To be a "people person" who values the importance of developing solid relationships
