About the role
The Club Manager will own the day-to-day running of the club and is accountable for its performance.
You'll drive sales and profitability, lead and develop the team, and manage personal training contractors with genuine autonomy to lead the club, backed by the support and systems of the wider team.
This is agenuine long-term opportunityfor the right person to grow with the club.
Marketing- drive local and broader marketing initiatives to build awareness and generate leads
Sales- drive membership growth, converting leads through to long-term members
Recruitment- build your team of gym staff, personal trainers and group fitness coaches
Gym Standards- maintain the club running to a high standard (cleanliness, maintenance, OH&S;)
Administration- work including but not limited to reporting, budget planning, contractor invoicing etc.
Hours and Availability:
This is a full-time role, with some flexibility across early mornings, evenings and weekends required - especially during the club's launch phase.
We recognise this flexibility goes both ways, and are committed to supporting work-life balance for the right candidate.
About you?
You're a hands-on and goal-driven professional with a track record of hitting targets, and you genuinely enjoy building relationships with members or your customers.

Have experiencebuilding a club or gym cultureto be proud of
Gain satisfaction fromoperating, selling and promotingan exceptional fitness facility!
Having experience in, or understanding of,human resource and work health and safety processesis desirable.
Must have qualifications:
Minimum Certificate III in Fitness (Cert IV Fitness preferred) or the ability to attain an equivalent qualification.
No fitness qualification?
We have you covered, you will be able to attain a basic fitness accreditation with us.
Current First Aid certificate and CPR (or higher qualification).
Must have appropriate police/working with children check.
Tertiary qualifications in health, business or commerce or strong business acumen and demonstrated experience in a similar environment (e.g. fitness, retail e.tc.) will be highly regarded.
