What You'll Be Doing
Working across bothconsumer and commercial deals,
you'll:
Manage inbound finance inquiries for cars, boats, caravans, personal loans and more.
Convert warm leads into settled loans, building strong client relationships along the way.
Take advantage of cutting-edge sales training and be assisted with the tools to excel.
Conduct professional client interviews (over the phone) to assess their needs and recommend solutions.
Provide credit assistance within industry compliance guidelines.
Prepare and execute finance and insurance contracts with accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing but small team of finance experts.
What You Bring
Ideally, experience in asset finance (consumer, commercial, or both) or someone who wants to expand into this area (from a similar finance/automotive sales background).
Confidence structuring deals and managing lenders.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the consumer and commercial asset finance industry.
Solid communication and excellent client service skills.
A mindset focused on growth, not just transactions.
A proactive team player attitude and a solid work ethic.
