Are you a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Midwife looking for a new position?
We are currently seeking experienced Registered Midwives to join the team on a full time basis.
You will play a key role within a supportive team in ensuring high levels of patient care are provided to women and their families.
As a Registered Midwife, your responsibilities will be to: Provide evidence based care
Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team Ensure patient and staff safety Supervise, direct and support your team members to deliver family centred care
Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their care About the Company
The 146 beds hospital provides a unique range of acute services including general surgery, specialty care in orthopaedics, urology, gynaecology, breast, colorectal,oral, vascular, plastics, obesity surgery and select surgery for paediatrics.
Obstetrics services includes a special care nursery.
General and specialty medicine includes cardiology, angiography, endocrinology, gastroenterology, infectious diseases, respiratory and rheumatology.
The hospital also has a 24 hour emergency care centre, critical care unit, five operating theatres, endoscopy suite and day surgery facility.

Compliance with ACQSHC National standards Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills Works well independently and within a team
