Rather than simply stepping into another management role, you'll become the Principal's 2IC, gradually taking ownership of an established client portfolio while developing your leadership skills within a growing national group.

The Role
Working closely with the principal,



you'll become a key member of the leadership team and be heavily involved in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality advisory services.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a diverse portfolio of business clients
Providing tax planning and business advisory services
Reviewing financial statements and tax returns
Building long-term relationships with clients
Managing workflow and mentoring junior staff
Identifying advisory opportunities to add value to clients
Working closely with the Principal on strategic client matters
Assisting with the future growth of the office
About You
You'll ideally bring:
CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion)
5+ years' experience within Australian Public Practice
Experience managing your own client portfolio
Strong technical knowledge across Business Services & Tax
Previous experience reviewing work and mentoring staff
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Ambition to progress into a leadership position
