About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experiencedExecutive Assistant to Director of Paediatrics and Staff Specialiststo join us in this critical role to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the outreach and Wagga Wagga general paediatric clinic.
As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings for the Director and Staff Specialists
Preparing committee agendas, minutes, reports, and presentation materials.
Handling incoming communications and ensuring timely responses and workflow continuity.
Providing secretariat support to meetings and acting as a key liaison across teams.

About You:
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Experience in a similar executive support role within the public or private sector
High-level organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Strong problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, and initiative
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
