Based in Katoomba, you will connect carers with local services, support holistic wellbeing, and promote a welcoming, no-wrong-door approach across community resources.
You will collaborate with health services, schools, aged care facilities and local government to strengthen carer support locally.
Certificate IV or above and a current driver's licence are required.
