RISE Distributors Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and organisedWarehouse Storekeeper - Automotive/Industrial Coatingsto join our team in Welshpool, WA.
This is afull-time positionthat plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution centre.
You will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring that our automotive and industrial coatings products are stored, organised and dispatched safely and efficiently.
This role is essential to supporting our customers' needs and maintaining the high standards RISE Distributors is known for in the industry.
Key responsibilities
Receiving, checking and processing incoming deliveries of automotive and industrial coatings products, ensuring all items are accounted for and stored correctly
Maintaining accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and conducting regular stock counts to ensure data integrity
Organising and storing products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper labelling and adherence to health and safety protocols
Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in accordance with company procedures
Monitoring stock levels and identifying slow-moving or obsolete inventory, reporting findings to management
Maintaining a clean, safe and orderly warehouse environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Supporting the dispatch team in loading vehicles and ensuring products are secured appropriately for transit
Communicating effectively with colleagues and management regarding inventory discrepancies or operational challenges
What we're looking for
Proven experience working in a warehouse or distribution centre environment, preferably within the automotive, industrial coatings or similar manufacturing sectors




Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and basic computer literacy
Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Physical capability to lift, carry and move heavy items regularly, as the role involves manual handling
Knowledge of health and safety practices relevant to warehousing and chemical storage is highly desirable
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
