Responsibilities
The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and undertaking the planning, delivery and review of complex healthcare related building projects and programs to time, cost and quality and ensuring projects meet the objectives and requirements of the government and Agency.
The role coordinates, undertakes and reviews project and subproject related scheduling, reporting, technical, financial, procurement and administrative functions to ensure established goals are met and develops and implements related procedures, standards, reviews and reports associated with the New WCH Project.
The Project Manager provides expert building project/program advice; identifies, advises on and resolves complex project risks and issues, and undertakes a range of procurement activities including the preparation of contract documentation and reporting.
