We are seeking an organised and enthusiasticAutomotive Parts interpreterto join our team in a part time role with a view to expansion.
You will be responsible for servicing activities related to the sale of parts and accessories to internal and external customers.
The role will involve the timely issuing of parts to service/workshop and retail customers as well as dealing with incoming telephone queries and orders in an efficient polite and professional manner.
Role:
Ensure sales activities align with our business plan
Building and maintaining customer loyalty and support, including the maintenance of existing clients and canvassing prospective recent business
Ensure daily orders are placed on time
Monitor inward and outward freight arrangements
Control and reconcile cash sales daily
Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the department, ensuring stock is readily available without carrying excessive inventory
Regular reporting of sales performance against set targets with variance and revised projections in conjunction with the Service Manager
You:
Possess technical/mechanical knowledge and/or the ability to acquire this knowledge
Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload
