The team includes Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Psychotherapists, with a culture built around support, teamwork and regular check-ins.
This role is ideal for a new graduate who wants solid mentoring, a gradual ramp-up and exposure to meaningful NDIS work with clients aged 9 and above.
What you'll be doing:
Working with a mixed NDIS caseload, with no clients under 9 years old
Delivering community-based OT across homes, schools and workplaces
Completing functional capacity assessments, ADL assessments and intervention
Supporting clients with sensory regulation, assistive technology and daily living skills
Completing NDIS documentation and report writing
Working across approximately 70% community and 30% clinic-based services
