What We're Looking For At PEER
You don't need previous experience — just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
We're looking for future female leaders who are:
Motivated, reliable and ready to get stuck in




Physically fit and safety-conscious
Hold a driver's licence and have a reliable vehicle (or working towards)
Able to pass a Police Check and Working with Children Check
Ready to commit to a 4-year apprenticeship
Open to learning and proud to break stereotypes
